Make Your Own Chakra Balancing Kit
Making your own chakra kit is an extremely affordable option to take control of your own healing on a spiritual, mental and physical level. It is easy to do too!
You will need 7 small, tumbled gemstones: red jasper, carnelian, citrine, jade, rose quartz or malachite, blue lace agate, turquoise or chalcedony, lapis lazuli or sodalite and amethyst. You can find these at your local gem show, spiritual store, or you may have some luck online sites such as eBay. (If we get some interest in these kits, we may even begin to offer them on our website!)
Place the stones on each of your corresponding chakras while you are laying very still. (red jasper to root chakra, carnelian to sacral chakra, citrine to solar plexus chakra, jade, rose quartz or malahite to your heart chakra, blue lace agate, turquoise or chalcedony to your throat chakra, lapis lazuli or sodalite to your third eye chakra and amethyst to your crown chakra.
You can place the gemstones either underneath your body or directly on top, or a combination of the two. Lay calmly and focus on your breath. In and out, in and out, in and out.
Feel the energy of the gemstones as they are touching your chakras. You may feel sensations of warmth or cold, or you may feel tingles or even see colours while you are breathing.
Meditate like this for as long as you like, focusing on each chakra one at a time. See if you can detect any of your chakras out of balance and focus on them for longer.
Afterwards, you should feel extremely relaxed and rejuvinated! Or, you may even fall asleep! Namaste.

Sleeping Success!

I met Janet at a craft fair where I had a booth set up last summer. She was very skeptical and couldn’t imagine how a simple gemstone bracelet could help her stress and anxiety.
